About Package
Become a confident and skilled diver with our PADI Open Water + Advanced Open Water Package. This comprehensive program combines the PADI Open Water Diver and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver courses, allowing you to progress from a beginner to an advanced certified diver in one seamless training experience.
Learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, develop essential underwater skills, and continue your training with exciting Adventure Dives, including Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation. Conducted by experienced PADI Instructors in the crystal-clear waters of Semporna, this package provides the perfect opportunity to gain confidence, expand your diving abilities, and explore some of the world's most spectacular dive sites.
Upon successful completion, you will earn both PADI Open Water Diver and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certifications, qualifying you to dive to a maximum depth of 30 metres and opening the door to incredible diving adventures around the world.
Terms & Conditions
Reservation and Payment:
- To confirm your reservation, kindly make a 50% deposit of the total charges.
- The balance must be paid two (2) weeks prior to your arrival.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
Changes and Cancellations:
- For Sipadan trips, permits must be issued at least 7 days before the date, and no changes or rescheduling are allowed once the slot is confirmed.
- Date changes for activities are allowed at least 1 month before the arrival date, subject to availability.
Payment Details:
- All cheques should be crossed and made payable to Borneo Jungle River Island Tours Sdn Bhd.
- When making online transfers, include the booking number in the REFERENCE or PAYMENT DETAILS.
- Share your payslip/receipt once the payment is completed.
Liability:
- Our company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during transfer/accommodation beyond our control.
- The company reserves the right to make necessary changes beyond its control.
Kitchen Rules:
- Our kitchen strictly follows a NO PORK policy.
- Inform us in advance of any food allergies or special diets (vegetarian). Please remind us again upon arrival.
Activity Inclusions and Exclusions:
- Prices include Jetty fee, Marine Park fee, Guide fee, Equipment for snorkeling or diving, and Lunch for activities.
- Prices exclude airport transfer, accommodation, Sidemount equipment, Long Fins for Free diving, Photo services, Dive computer, personal necessities such as medicine, and insurance.
Jetty Assembly Schedule:
- Sipadan Route: Before 8 am.
- Mabul Route: 8 am - 8.20 am.
- Mataking Route: 8.15 am - 8.30 am.
- TSMP Route: 8.15 am - 8.30 am
Note:
- All trips and activities are contingent on weather conditions and permit availability at the time of booking.
Payment & Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
No-shows and any unused accommodation, meals, or services are non-refundable.
Booking date changes are subject to availability and management approval.
If the resort is unable to operate due to adverse weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose to reschedule their stay or receive a full refund for the affected booking.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.
