* The minimum age is 10 years.
* Be medically fit to dive
*Be able to swim for 200m in water too deep to stand up in, and float for 10 minutes.

*2 Days Course
*Explore advanced kicking techniques and engage in buoyancy games to enhance breath control with minimal effort.

* Half Day Course

* 3 Days Course
* Minimum age: 12 years old.
*PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another Org)
*Valid first aid and CPR training completed within the last 24 months is a requirement. This criterion is fulfilled by completing the Emergency First Response (EFR) course

*2 Days Course

* 2 dive at Mabul + 1 dive at Kapalai

* 1 Snorkelling Mataking +1 Snorkelling Timba-Timba +1 Snorkelling Pandanan

* 2 Snorkelling at Sipadan + 1 Snorkelling at Mabul
* For Sipadan - Permit need to be issued at least 7days before the date and no changing or reschedule once slot been confirmed.
